Return Policy
This procedure applies to products ordered by customers as a result of accessing the services offered on the website www.legendarydracula.com, operated by LEGENDARY DRACULA SRL.
If you are not satisfied with the product you received, you have the option to return it within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, without any penalties and without the need to provide a reason. The only cost you will incur is the shipping fee for returning the package.
If you decide to return a product, you must notify us of your intention to do so. You can do this using one of the following methods: • Telephone

Once you have informed us, you may prepare the product for return. Below is the return procedure: • The returned product must arrive at our warehouse within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the day you received it. • The product must be returned in its original packaging, along with the fiscal invoice (or a copy thereof) and all accompanying documents, certificates, and/or labels. • All sealed products may only be returned if they have not been unsealed. • If all of the above conditions are met, simply seal the package and hand it over to the courier we have designated to collect your return. • Do not forget to provide us with the bank account (IBAN) where you would like the refund for the returned product to be deposited. If you do not have a bank account, you may provide the account of a trusted person. The IBAN must contain 24 characters (digits and letters) and be denominated in RON. • We will refund the value of the returned product within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the moment your return arrives at our warehouse. The refund will be made via bank transfer to the account you provided. • If you paid for the product online by bank card, we will refund the amount corresponding to the returned product to the same bank account from which you made the payment.

Information About Delivery
Below you will find all the useful information regarding the delivery process:
All products marketed by LEGENDARY DRACULA SRL
• are delivered exclusively within the territory of Romania;
• all orders are delivered through our trusted partner – the courier company TNT;
• delivery fees are shown in the “Cart Total” section as well as on the electronic invoice sent via email to the address provided when placing your order;
• delivery will be carried out within 3–10 business days from the confirmation of your order; however, the delivery time may be extended in isolated situations (for example, unfavorable weather conditions, legal holidays, unforeseen technical issues, etc.). We will notify you if we encounter any of the aforementioned situations.
We maintain high standards regarding the safety of products during transit. Therefore, we use high-quality materials to package the products you have ordered. However, in the unfortunate event that your product is damaged during transportation, we will do everything possible to replace it as soon as possible. This action may delay the delivery time by one or two days, but we consider it a necessary step to meet your expectations.
In the event that, at the time of delivery, the Customer is not found at the address provided in the accepted order by S.C. Graffitti 94 RBI Prodcom S.R.L, another delivery attempt will be made. If the second attempt is unsuccessful, the products will be returned, and the Customer will be responsible for the costs of a new shipment, regardless of the value of the ordered products.
