Products are available exclusively by order, which must be generated by a registered user through their user account. While we do our best to protect your personal data, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and any other account-related information. Payment Processing

If you choose “mobilPay” as your payment option in the Online Store during the order process, your card details are loaded directly onto the mobilPay server. By selecting this payment option, you consent to the transfer of the personal data necessary for processing payments.
Typically, the personal data transmitted to mobilPay include your first name, last name, address, email address, IP address, telephone number, mobile phone number, and any other information required for payment processing. Additionally, for orders exceeding 1,000 lei, you will be asked to enter your CNP (for individual buyers only) to comply with LEGENDARY DRACULA’s legal obligations regarding the preparation of proper financial and accounting documents.
The Data is transmitted solely for the purposes of processing payments, fraud prevention, verifying the identity and creditworthiness of the payer. If necessary, mobilPay may transmit your personal data to its affiliates, service providers, or subcontractors to the extent required to fulfill contractual obligations or process online payments.
Failure to complete the registration and payment process by providing all required, accurate, and complete data will prevent the processing of payments and will result in the cancellation of the order. LEGENDARY DRACULA reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order if any fraud or unauthorized/illegal transactions are suspected.
The User declares and guarantees that (i) they have the legal right to use the indicated bank card or other payment methods in connection with the purchase of products, and (ii) the information provided to LEGENDARY DRACULA for payment processing is true, accurate, and complete.
The bank card processor authorized by LEGENDARY DRACULA reserves the right to access/inspect any data/documents generated as a result of an order, a canceled order, a contract, a canceled contract, or a fulfilled contract to investigate any transaction, if necessary.
LEGENDARY DRACULA will request your bank account details only when you exercise your right of return, and these details will be processed solely for refunding any amounts due to you. After the refund, this data will be deleted from the database, being retained only in the accounting records as required by current legislation.
