Every detail counts
The vineyard is located in Moldova region and the relief has the appearance of a plate that leans slightly, from 250-300 m altitude in N and NV up to 80-100 m altitude in E and SE. T
The cold maceration of the grapes takes 3 days at 8°-10°C to allowed extraction of pigments and flavors. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature (24-28°C) for a period of 3 weeks, followed by maceration for 2 weeks at 20°C. The wine had been aged 4 months in oak barriques in the second cycle of use.
