The wine is prepared entirely from grapes of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot variety coming from the vineyards located in Aliman, Dobrogea region, South-East of Romania, the seventh largest country producer of grapes in the world.
The grapes for this wine are hand-picked and carefully selected, removing any impurities. The cold maceration of the grapes takes between 5 and 8 days at controlled temperature of 16°C.
