- 100% natural product, obtained from fruits, double distilled according to a genuine brewing technique. Distillation process is made in copper boilers and classic alembic with open fire.
- Maturation in wooden barrels softens, rounds and grants the velvet texture of the liquor, preserving and amplifying the burning, flavored fruit scent, appreciated worldwide.
- To obtain 5oml of plum distillate are used 0.4 kg of plums, 0.5 kg of apples, 0.8 kg of pears, 0.8 kg of apricots, 0.8 kg of quinces.
- Recommended for serving very cold, just before the meal.
